Samsung really is Intelligent. It even powers its devices with 'Intelligence'.
Another 'Intelligent Feature' is 'Home Screen Page Swiping'

HOME SCREEN PAGE SWIPING

Home Screen Page Swiping lets you access the pages on the home screen at ease. On each screen there's a line of horizonal dots
representing each individual homescreen. Place
your finger on the dots and they will turn into
a slider you can use to quickly move between
screens (right&left)

Making use of Power Saving Mode on Galaxy S3 mini

Next, I'll be showing the 'Intelligent Feature' which is 'Power Saving Mode'.

Ever saw that your battery is decreasing fast? Or you want a long lasting battery life? Well 'Power Saving Mode' is there as your phone's rescuer.

POWER SAVING MODE

Using the built-in
power saver to extend the battery life is very good.

And you can activate it:
-By pulling down the Notification bar, sliding the notification toggle to the left and tap 'Power Saving'.

When the battery gets low features like
push email will be turned and the screen
brightness will be reduced.
Alternatively if you want more control over
what features of the phone are affected
by power saving, head to Settings - Power
saving and you'll see two options.  'CPU power
saving': limits the performance of the phones
processor (but unless you play lots of intensive
games you won't notice much difference),
while Screen power saving reduces the
brightness and frame rate.

There you go, you have activated Power Saving Mode and you can start relying on it to keep you going.
